Ingredients:

1 8oz  package of Cream Cheese - regular or low fat
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk - regular or low fat
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 can Fruit(28oz) topping - Cherry or Bluberry - regular
or light

1 pre-made 9 in shortbread pie shell - or graham cracker

Makes 1 cheese cake
Directions:
  1. Into a medium size bowl add:

  2. Cream cheese - mix with a mixer until light and fluffy - smooth - no lumps

  3. Slowly add Sweetened Condensed Milk then the Vanilla and Lemon juice.

  4. Continue mixing until its well beaten into a nice creamy texture

  5. Pour into your shortbread or graham pie shell.

  6. Cover with the plastic lid that came with pie shell

  7. Cool in the fridge for at least 2hours - until mixture is set.

  9. You can serve plain and let your guests add their own topping from your Cherry or Blueberry topping or do a half and half - looks and tastes great
